1. Who we are
This website (busel-commerce.com) is operated by Busel Commerce House W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR No. 174676-1, with its registered office at Shop 5089, Building 2004, Road 1527, Block 115, Hidd, Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us"). 2. What data we collect
- Data you submit through the contact and quotation forms or by e-mail: name, company, position, country, e-mail address, telephone number, and the content of your request.
- Business records created when we trade with you: contracts, invoices, shipping documents, correspondence, and the identification documents required by Bahrain anti-money-laundering rules (KYC).
- Technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a commercial proposal (pre-contractual steps at your request).
- To perform a contract with you or your company and to ship, invoice and document goods.
- To comply with legal obligations in Bahrain and in the countries of our counterparties, including commercial-law record keeping, tax, customs, sanctions screening and AML/CFT requirements.
- To protect our legitimate interests: securing the website, preventing fraud, establishing or defending legal claims.
4. Sharing of data
We share data only where necessary: with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to deliver goods; with banks to process payments and respond to compliance enquiries; with our auditors and professional advisers; with our website hosting and form-processing provider; and with public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
As an international trading company we exchange data with counterparties and service providers in the Gulf, the European Union and Asia. Where data of EU residents is transferred outside the European Economic Area we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses, or on the necessity of the transfer for the performance of a contract.
6. Retention
Inquiry data that does not lead to a transaction is deleted within 24 months. Contractual and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Bahrain law (at least five years after the end of the business relationship or transaction).
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law No. 30 of 2018 and, for EU residents, the GDPR) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 8. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies and local storage required for the site to function. No analytics or marketing cookies are set without your consent. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy when loaded.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Business data is stored on access-controlled systems. Please never send bank card numbers or passwords through the website forms.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
