Six services, one contract
1. Wholesale Supply
Supply of our product groups in container consignments or mixed pallets from stock and to order. Regular programmes every 3–6 weeks for filter and parts distributors.
2. Sourcing & Procurement
Search for and purchase of goods from manufacturers in the EU and Asia to a customer's specification: supplier verification, sample requests, offer comparison, purchase order placement.
3. Consolidation & Logistics
Consolidation of goods from several suppliers at partner warehouses in Hamburg, Ningbo and Singapore; sea and air freight bookings with international carriers; container stuffing and tracking.
4. Trade Documentation & Compliance
Proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and CMR, certificates of origin, HS classification, replies to bank compliance queries, AML/KYC packages for counterparties.
5. Trade Finance Structuring
Flexible payment schemes: deposit and balance before shipment, staged payments, deferred payment for established partners. Invoicing in USD, EUR or BHD.
6. Agency & Representation
Representation of manufacturers' interests in the GCC region under agency agreements: market entry, customer search, order handling and local coordination.
Three consolidation points, one document set
Goods from several factories are collected at a hub, packed into one container and shipped under one bill of lading. This lowers freight cost per unit and simplifies customs clearance at destination.
Hamburg, Germany
Main hub for European filters, spare parts, appliance components and consumer goods. Sea freight to Khor Fakkan, Jebel Ali, Sohar, Tanjung Priok and Hong Kong.
Ningbo, China
Industrial components, castor wheels and machinery. Direct sailings to the Gulf and South-East Asia.
Singapore
OEM spare parts for Japanese vehicles and Asian-origin goods. EXW Singapore or CIF to GCC and Indonesian ports.
Incoterms, containers and lead times
Our default basis is EXW (Incoterms 2020) from the consolidation hub. On request we quote FOB port of loading or CIF port of destination, including freight and insurance.
